  1. I had a CABG in 2000. I had a massive heart attack in 1997 that left the septum damaged and 3 arteries blocked – LAD, RCA, and Lcx. My LV function was only 16% and they kept trying to get it to 30%. I was in the hospital almost 2 months, most of which was in cardiac rehab. 19 years later, my EF stays around 32% and my CABG is still in place.
